Before You Begin

Please ensure you meet all eligibility requirements and have prepared all required materials listed below.

Application Checklist

A complete WYCUP Scholarship application includes:

Online Application Form (Below)

Completed by the applicant, with the knowledge of your endorsing credit union/organization.

YouTube Video Submission (max 5 minutes)

Your video must:

Be recorded horizontally/landscape format
Be titled: “Your Name – WYCUP 2025”
Be uploaded to YouTube (public or unlisted)
Include English subtitles OR enable auto-captions if speaking another language
Include the video link in the form

Video Questions to Answer:

Describe your role at your credit union/financial cooperative. Why are you an advocate for cooperative finance?
What are you hoping to learn from international peers? How can global engagement support your professional journey?
In 2026, WYCUP is celebrating 25 years of empowering young leaders. Share one way the cooperative movement can stay relevant to the next generation over the next 25 years.

Endorsement from Your Organization

Your organization must confirm your affiliation and support.

Proof of Age

If your application is pre-selected, to prove your age, you’ll be asked to submit a copy of:

Passport
Driver’s license
Birth certificate
Government-issued photo ID

Submission Deadline

All applications must be submitted by: January 30, 2026
Late submissions will not be reviewed.
